TERMS AND CONDTIONS
The sooner we receive any inquiry we respond immediately, after we fine-tune the whole itinerary hand in hand with the client. We make tentative bookings of hotels and other facilities required to facilitate the safari/program. The client has to send in a deposit of 40% of the total safari cost the soonest possible. In return we will fully confirm the bookings. The rest of the balance to paid in full at least 3 weeks before the safari commencing date. In case of cancellation, we can refund the money at different percentage depending on when the cancellation is done. After the safari fully confirmation, clients loses 20%, two weeks before commence of safari clients loses 50%, Two days before commence of safari client loses 100%.
